The Group also has the distinction of being the only Joint Venture partner with Seagram’s in the entire world, a global alcohol and entertainment giant owned by the Broffman family. Seagram is engaged in diverse businesses and inter-alia possesses particular expertise in development, sale and marketing of high quality beverage alcohol throughout the world.

The Dhillon Group brings this expertise to India combining its own strengths with those of Seagram in manufacturing, blending, bottling of alcohol and distributing Seagram’s products in the States of Punjab, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, Chandigarh and Himachal Pradesh.

This is in collaboration with Essel Group’s Entertainment Division called E-City Entertainment (I) Private Limited, Mumbai.

The Group has a Joint Venture with one of Malaysia’s largest Real Estate Developers, IJM of Malaysia, for building India’s Largest FDI Township over 500 acres in Mohali, Punjab.

Colossal Real Estate Pvt. Limited, the real estate company of the group deals in acquiring, leasing, renting, construction of properties. It has solid assets and with a steady rental base. It deals with MNC’s and highly reputable companies such as Hong Kong Shanghai Bank, Hutch, Seagram’s, Apollo, World Space Radio etc. The company is now focusing on moving into the residential sector.

The Group also has a Joint Venture with Playwin Infravest. Playwin is India’s First Online Lottery.

Indo Global Infonet Private Limited, the Information Technology Company of the Group focuses on the areas of IT solutions for E-Governance, IT Enabled Services, E-Commerce, Consulting and Training services with state-of-the-art infrastructure in Chandigarh. It advises on the usage of IT for State Governance by creating efficient systems for knowledge gathering, planning and decision making.
